Our culture doesn’t honour the sacred.
We’ve all benefited from the scientific and industrial revolutions of the last few hundred years, but they have also left our inner lives denuded. Science doesn’t acknowledge a divine source for consciousness, or for life. And yet, we continue to hear the call of the divine. The beauty within wants our acknowledgement.
We are all built to respond strongly to this call, but our culture doesn’t prepare us well for this moment. The result can be very confusing. Suddenly glimpsing our divine nature, we don’t know what to do with it.
